Practice - arbitration
The advent of controversial situations causes the necessity of
application to the independent institutions, which take the part of arbitrators , impartial experts and professionally
determine the lawfulness of the parties viewpoints.
Certain categories of disputes, according to the form of the dispute and
its subject composition, require their settlement only in state judicial structures.
Other disputes could be referred to the arbitration tribunals,
international commercial arbitration, but only with the prior consent of the
parties.
Nowadays in Ukraine,
in
accordance with its laws, function the courts of arbitration
and the International commercial arbitration.
